We actively encourage all our staff to take part in volunteering, charity work, and helping the wider community, so when a local primary school contacted us to ask for help, we were thrilled to able to help.
The school runs a fiver challenge every year for year 6 pupils, and required judges to come in, watch the presentations and offer helpful advice and thoughtful critiques.
We knew that one of our accountants, Clare Wilson would be perfect for the task!
After pitching their ideas to judges (or dragons) the children were able to receive feedback on their business strategies which has allowed them to go on and improve their Fiver Challenge projects.
Clare had a fun morning at the Primary school and was also thrilled to receive some lovely letters from the children, thanking her for her time and feedback.
