Contractors and freelancers tend to have many questions when they begin operating through a Limited Company, often ones that can be answered quite quickly. There is no reason why you shouldn't be able to get a quick response on them. Being specialist contractor accountants we have designed our service offering so that your dedicated accountant is on hand to answer your questions via email or over the phone.
Here’s how it works
If you're a Gorilla Accounting client and you contact us before 3pm on any working day you are guaranteed a response on the very same day.
Although it is not always possible to answer your query in full we will at least contact you to advise that we have received your query and we will endeavor to answer your query in full as soon as possible.
How do I contact you?
To take advantage of the guarantee all we ask is that you contact us by one of the below methods. This ensures that even if your dedicated accountant is away from the office then a member of the team will do their best to assist you.
If you wish to contact us via phone please call us on 0330 024 0406.
If you wish to contact us via email then please email us at email@example.com. You are free to email your dedicated accountant direct if you wish, however to take advantage of the guarantee we would request that you copy in this email address to ensure that your query is dealt with promptly.
So what does this mean?
If you have general questions of any sort these would be answered promptly, however for example if you contact us to complete your accounts or personal tax return you are not going to get these completed the very same day. If it is not just a simple question and further investigation work is involved, then again this may not be answered as quickly although we will advise you that we have received your email and we will come back to you as soon as possible.
Is there a limit to the number of questions I can ask in one day?
You can ask as many questions as you need to and you will receive a response that day. If there is a lot of work involved then you may not receive answers in full, although we will endeavor to complete all requested tasks as soon as possible.
What if you do not respond to me the same day?
If we fail to meet the client service guarantee, we will issue you with a £50 compensation payment.
